The president of Master Sweeping and Maintenance had a first career as a police detective. One result is that Master Sweeping and Maintenance's employees are trained to be very detail-oriented in their work. When emerging needs or unusual situations are spotted, we provide next-day email or telephone customer contact.
We are a member of the North American Power Sweeping Association (NAPSA), as well as signatory to the Ethical Standards Program developed by WorldSweeper.com, power sweeping's largest information resource. We believe these standards are ones that all power sweeping companies should subscribe to. If you do not know if your current sweeping company does so, we suggest you should find out.
In addition we belong to the World Sweeping Association, which emphasizes providing its members with up-to-date news and information about the latest issues in the power sweeping industry via its bi-monthly, members-only, bulletins. In addition, the WSA website offers the largest collection of professional education information in the contract sweeping industry.
All of the services we provide are monitored to assure peak results. You will not see sand buildup on properties swept by Master Sweeping and Maintenance. Nor will you see buildup in corners or trash in landscaping. Our employee training also includes recognition of security issues. In the rare instances when needed, our employees are trained to summon emergency personnel.
Our sweepers are maintained to perform to their manufacturer's OEM specifications. This is very important, since parking area sweepers are vacuum-based. As a result, their performance level drops -- and noise level increases -- when they are not kept in tip-top condition. That's why our company benchmark for our sweeping equipment is keeping them at OEM specs.
Whether on our sweeping accounts or for all of the many other services we provide, our experienced management team maintains a thorough follow-up procedure designed to assure consistent, industry-leading results every time. You won't find us leaving material in corners or landscaping areas, for example. If our agreement includes changing out your trash bag liners, you can count on it being done.

An Ounce of Prevention...
Our operators are trained to see the things that others miss. Because we are a full service property maintenance firm, you will find our awareness of property needs far surpasses that of most sweeping-only companies. We can typically identify problems on your property early on, when they're the least expensive to fix, and then work with you to develop the most cost-effective solutions.
For example, we do a weekly light survey for our sweeping customers. If there are lights out we let you know the next day. The same goes for any abandoned items too large for a sweeper, as well as emerging potholes and anything else we spot that's amiss.
Occasionally we have to deal with abandoned vehicles. With those, if there is contact information on the car we contact the owner. We also place a notice on the vehicle that it must be moved within 24 hours or will be towed. If needed, we arrange to have the towing done.
When we see a news article about any of our customers, whether good or bad, we even clip it out and send it to them to make sure they're aware it occurred. These are just a few examples of the extras Master Sweeping and Maintenance brings to our customers.
